Holidays Magic in New York City

“Chapter One: He was too romantic about Manhattan, as he was about everything else. He thrived on the hustle bustle of the crowds and the traffic. To him, New York meant beautiful women and street smart guys who seemed to know all the angles. Ah, corny, too corny for, you know, my taste. Let me, let me try and make it more profound.” – Author, Manhattan by Woody Allen

What can I say, I love New York City. I love everything about it…from inspiring lit in the sunset Manhattan skylines, lavish landscapes of Central Park and never stop running people on busy streets to the hidden underground scene of Brooklyn and rapidly changing Bushwick street art. I love it all.

No doubt that Holidays Season is one of my favorite times in the City. Every year New York gets dressed in beautiful decorations and millions of lights brighten Manhattan. Christmas trees are everywhere and there is something absolutely magical in the air.

I took a quick walk in the City last weekend and took few pics – all around Midtown 🙂

I walked a bit more and eyed on some of the Saks Fifth Avenue shop windows:

My final destination was Rockefeller Center that was flooded with tourists and visitors but was so beautiful and festive:

There is obviously much more left behind the camera but you can get the idea. For anyone looking for a city to visit during the Holidays, New York will make you feel like you are in a fairy tail and you’ll always want to come back here and I highly recommend it.

It’s time to get ready for celebrations and I will be taking off. Happy Holidays everyone and enjoy this beautiful time of the year with friends, family and loved ones! 🙂
